Since 1975, automated-devices has been supplying thermoplastic injection moulded components. We have developed a niche in the smaller sized part market and, at the moment, focus our abilities on press sizes no larger than 210 tons. This includes a wide range of low to high tolerance parts produced in prototype, small and large volume runs.
As custom injection moulders of thermoplastics, we inject a broad range of components using different process settings, materials and colours. From straight-forward parts made with easily processed materials, to more complex assemblies made with the latest engineering resins. It is our responsibility to know and understand the entire injection process and provide a high quality, affordable product, when you need it.
We take great pride in our work and maintain our equipment with high standards. One of our presses utilizes all-electric servo motors. Equipped with "optical linear encoding", our servo machine allows us to mould precision plastic mouldings, with high efficiency, using the latest technology possible. It is our goal to continuously upgrade and maintain our equipment wherever possible, to serve you better.
We are always interested in looking at new and challenging projects, including specialized applications like water / gas assist, insert moulding, two colour / two material moulding, in-mould decorating, metal moulding and automation applications.
