Quality

We use all standard and practiced methods of monitoring quality and conformance.  It starts from establishing relationships with our suppliers, empowering our employees with the necessary information to monitor and react to process fluctuations and, finally, listening and adjusting to customer feedback, both positive and constructive.

If quality monitoring is a concern, we are always willing to tailor to whatever quality assurance methods you may request.  We do not only supply custom mouldings, we are custom moulders.  That means, we can adjust any part of the manufacturing procedure to suit your needs.

Environmental

Environmental impact should be a concern for every manufacturer.  We strive to lessen our impact in the following ways: 

• Selecting the most energy efficient equipment possible
• Maintaining equipment for optimal operation efficiencies
• Using oil analysis to determine oil life, thereby reducing oil change frequencies on machinery.
• Using a water chiller system to reduce overall water consumption
• Sending all unusable cardboard for recycling
• Performing in house grinding and recycling of all our own scrap

With approval from the customer, we try to utilize recycled raw material in the productions process whenever possible.  We can also process with post-consumer materials when acceptable.
