We are capable of running your existing moulds or can have new moulds made for you. Although we do not currently manufacture moulds in house, we have developed a personal relationship with our North American mould makers, working hand in hand through the mould making stage. We use KeyCreator to design, read and convert part files in various formats. Our mould makers use up-to-date CNC, EDM and conventional mould making equipment and are capable of manufacturing conventional moulds, hot runner systems, tight tolerance applications, insert moulds and two-colour / two-material moulds.
We can not guarantee that our mould prices will be the cheapest, but we can guarantee a high quality, long lasting, fully functioning mould every time.
"We understand that good parts come from good moulds, regardless of how experienced the moulder is".
Therefore, mould quality is very important when trying to decrease overall production costs.

The cheapest mould is not always the least expensive.
